Alpenlandhaus Menardi

We stayed here (in apartment AA on the top floor) for a week in August and really couldn't fault it. The apartment was impeccably clean and furnished to a high standard, everything worked and there was even British telly on the three TVs. The owner was friendly and helpful, the town centre is less than a kilometre away, there's plenty to do within a half hour radius and all in all it was a lovely holiday.

The apartments in this place are impeccable and clean. Everything is new and they have all necessary amenities. We had two TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room), a PC (!!!!!) and a music station. The owner fulfilled every and any wish. We will be back next year!!!

My parents and I stayed at the Alpenlandhaus Menardi from the 20/12/14 until 27/12/14 for Christmas. We had a wonderful time here and would absolutely recommend it to everyone. We technically had a one bedroom apartment and it was written in the terms on booking.com that it could sleep more than 2 adults. I emailed Arthur the owner who goes above and beyond to help you have a great stay...... to confirm that I would have my own bed or the couch could be made into a bed. He always replies very quickly and assured me that I would and could call on arrival. He does email about information for tourist cards that you need over the stay particularly for hiring ski gear etc....there is also a discount at one of the ski hire places which is explained in the booklet you get in the apartment. When we arrived (we walked from the train station which is do-able (10 minute walk) if it's not snowing- caught a taxi on return as it was too difficult to drag them through the snow and you couldn't do with small children) we found our surname on the notice board on the side of the entrance to the apartments. There are instructions on there to come inside and keys are in the apartment waiting for you. The apartments are constantly renewed- Arthur said he does one of them up every year which keeps them looking great and are very well cleaned and looked after. When we arrived I was unsure where to sleep so as advised called him and he came to our apartment within 10 minutes and showed us the loft in the apartment with 2 single beds, and how to make the couch into a sofa bed which I chose to do instead. He also gave me a quick tour of the town and recommended a few restaurants which were fantastic...we went to the 'one with the green roof' (can't remember the name!!) twice which is down the road through the underpass and straight out the other side, about a 3 minute walk and where many locals go so you know the food and customer service is great and well priced. The apartment includes free wifi, laptop, ipod5/6 dock with radio, new slippers,TV, coffee machine, stove top etc and basically anything you could want. It is a short walk into town and there are a few supermarkets so it's very easy to buy things to cook at home if you don't want to eat out every night. You can also order fresh bread every evening that is delivered in the morning to your apartment door. If you are wanting an apartment stay for your holiday this really is perfect, all the amenities you need are there and if you are unsure of anything Arthur is only a phone call away. The information booklet in the apartment has information on all of the basic things you would want to know as well. The view from the balcony is also a big bonus as it is beautiful to wake up to every morning! My parents and I would definitely stay there again if we visited Seefeld again. It really is a magical holiday for any age group, couples and families. This will probably be the last holiday I have on my own with my parents but the opportunity arose so we decided to go. Then when I wanted to do my own thing I felt very comfortable walking around the town on my own and caught the bus back from rosshutte back into town very easily, it's a fantastic place with great food, pristine scenery and lovely people.
