With a hotel in this category, it is sad when you are charged a prosecco consumed at breakfast. That's all there is to say about it with the best of will.

Zero goodwill It's a real shame, but Hotel Hauser is ready for zero goodwill. I have booked especially through their hotel website to ensure that a maximum reaches them, which has taken bitter revenge. I made a typo in my email address and therefore never got a confirmation. Since I didn't know later whether they booked or not, I booked into another hotel. After the end of the stay, the mail comes, "you didn't come, so we'll charge you." Funnily enough, they were able to correct the typo in my email address here themselves.... The previous error messages they must have received on your automatic booking confirmations did not interest them... When I asked if they could credit me with a night out of goodwill for a next time, exactly one "no" came. Not even a voucher for a meal or a drink. Just "no." What do you learn from it, never book directly again, booking would never have happened...

We were there for breakfast. Very friendly, attentive staff. The breakfast room is very nicely decorated and offers enough space. The breakfast buffet makes your heart beat faster. Lots of homemade delicious products. We didn't miss anything. We will come back.
