Ibis Styles Linz

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is very convenient as it is close to the center of Linz and you can easily reach it by tram or car. The rooms are minimalist and rather simple, but offer a good basic equipment with interesting theme to the industrial city of Linz. Also, the room was very clean. The restaurant offers very delicious à la carte dishes. The breakfast buffet was very good. The whole staff was always very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel manager Alex was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Easy to recommend. I'll be back.

This hotel should be closed for several months and fully renovated. The furniture resembles a cheap hostel, not a hotel. The walls are in terrible condition, (mold) creating an atmosphere where one simply cannot feel comfortable at all. On top of that, there is no proper heating, 🫠🫠only a small portable heater, which is shocking for a hotel at this price level 😅😅 For the price charged, this is simply unacceptable. This property is not worth more than €20 per night and even that is too much..

We stayed one night in the hotel. We had two bedrooms and we were 2 adults and 3 children. There was only one duvet for one person per room. We were cold all night. The extra bed is a bed on the floor that has no duvet. Knowing that we are in autumn, we did not understand why the beds were not made properly. This problem already seems to be known to management because it has already been mentioned in previous opinions. It would be nice to listen to customers rather than hide behind sustainability to support a reduction in bed linen. Regarding the restaurant, the staff was nice. However, the food was not of good quality, especially pizzas and hot dogs. We are silver and were told that we were not entitled to a welcome drink. The person at the front desk still gave us two. Usually we always have 5 drinks. We do not recommend this hotel for the quality of service compared to other accor hotels.
