Plain from the outside - freshly renovated rooms inside with every comfort right next to the cathedral within walking distance of the city center with a small, somewhat hidden underground car park (entrance behind the entrance). ANDREAS VIELHABER, a receptionist of kolpinghaus and stadtoase hotel is extremely lack of manners. i was very uncomfortable with his responses on my email inquiries because he was yelling at me with capital letters. do not stay there if you do not want to get such a poor and annoying service from this person. also, marina blah blah, the manager was also unkind because she kept cutting my talk and kept insisting that male staff was friendly even though he made a big mistake when speaking. i am very much disappointed with low quality service and would never like to waste my time for this accommodation. plus, kolpinghaus and stadhoase hotel are mixed so you will be confused to stay there.
