Very good hotel on the outskirts of Vienna city centre. Close to Westbahnhof, with lots of tram and U-Bahn connections to get into the city quickly

The staff were friendly and helpful. If staying at hotel with toddlers or infants beware of the bed header as the edges could cause harm if child falls back on them. Selection of food is quite limited at the hotel restaurant. If staying in Neubau, this hotel is a good option.

During a two-night stay as part of an organized trip, we really liked the hotel, although it is a bit out of the way, but the subway is very close. Dinner and breakfast were delicious with a wide selection. Great kindness from the staff. Room was large and clean. Super well soundproofed.
