Our stay got off to the best possible start, as we were warmly welcomed at the reception by Anna and Lea. They were exceptionally professional, courteous, and friendly, making us feel at home from the very first moment. They didn’t simply do their jobs—they genuinely seemed to love what they do and were sincerely happy to welcome us. Their positive attitude immediately put us in a wonderful mood. The hotel is in an excellent location, situated on a quiet street with very little traffic, providing a truly peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. Although we had initially decided not to include breakfast in our reservation because we usually enjoy trying local cafés during our travels, we ended up having breakfast at the hotel every single morning because it was simply exceptional. We had requested two adjacent rooms, and our request was fully accommodated. We were also provided with a parking space in the most convenient and hassle-free way. Overall, our experience was excellent. The hotel stood out not only for its high standard of service but also for its genuinely warm hospitality. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We visited Vienna when it was 38 degrees and the hotel was an oasis of cool and calmness. All staff were super friendly and polite and professional. We received free drinks on arrival and a free room upgrade. Our room was delightful and so quiet. Will definitely stay again
