Austria Trend Parkhotel Schonbrunn

This hotel is a complete delight. It has a calm, relaxed atmosphere where almost all the staff were friendly and helpful (especially the younger ones, Nina and Maya). The room was superb, very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for Schonbrunn Palace and the concerts. Our room was very quiet, looking out onto a small garden, really lovely. It was exceptionally good value. We can't wait to go back.

This is an excellent hotel! Incredible location, only a block or so from a metro stop, with very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast in the morning was extensive and delicious, and our room was clean and spacious. Rather than pay the high parking fees at the parking garage, we parked our car at a parking garage at the end of the metro line and then it was just a quick trip to the hotel via metro.

Arriving I was early, I really had to wait punctually 3 hours. Finally got my room 10 past 3. Had to ask for that himself. Staff is not friendly there can be no laugh from it.Beautiful room with bath but difficult to get off etc etc great so,n between door in between. Nice lamps with crystals attached. If you don't like that then you better find something else. The 2 night the air conditioner broke. Got after going downstairs twice in the night to complain another room. This room is modern with nice walk-in shower. I expected to get the room back. The hotel is in a nice place with lots of food tents around it and the beautiful park zoo and what goes with it. Metro bus allees is doable. I myself wouldn't come here again. In itself the hotel is beautiful but the staff is disappointing. Because I was alone I didn't feel welcome by them.
