Grand

The Hotel is in a nice location but....We found more negatives than positives, example, we had booked breakfast but in fact we were told that it was not so and we had to repay it. Another sore note is the cleanliness, I do not think we have ever vacuumed .Still, soft pillows but pillowcases and extra rough sheets in the room it was freezing and I guarantee that I love the cold but with those temperatures it was impossible to stay (the child came coughing) we asked that they fix the temperature but it was not done .. by us the thermostat was broken or you had 17 degrees or nothing... in short if we were to return to this wonderful city definitely not stay in this hotel.

Fabulous coffee, beautiful ambiance, very friendly staff! I was only in the restaurant downstairs, but what I see is a very beautiful style! Next time I will book a room as well; the hotel is nicer than the other one next door where I stayed. Also beautiful for getting married if you want to have a very big wedding!

My stay at Eurostars Grand Hotel Wien was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located in the heart of Vienna. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. What made the experience especially memorable was the outstanding hospitality. I would like to give special recognition to Morgan Girardeau, the Guest Relations Manager. Morgan went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. His professionalism, kindness, genuine care, and attention to detail made me feel truly valued as a guest. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to delivering exceptional service, and his efforts made a lasting impression.
