Hotel Adlon

Recwived no check inn code, the hotel is closed despite claiming to have 24h reception ready to help day and night. The phone number on the web site is unconnected and customer service is pointless and a joke. This is a scam, so save your money

Never book this hotel! I came to this hotel, pre-booked and paid for it. I walk up to the door and it's closed. Turns out it's an apartment and needs self-registration, they didn't tell me about it beforehand, accordingly they didn't issue instructions for occupancy. I was lucky that there was a hotel worker there, she opened the door, I went to the reception and there was no one there, waiting for five minutes, then this woman came up again, who opened the door for me, she didn't speak English, so I didn't understand her, then she called someone, took a long time to figure out what was what, eventually I was given a room but not cleaned up after the other guests, even the bed linen was crumpled, I asked me to prepare the room, she said by 3:00 everybody would do, it was about two hours at that time, I waited until 15, but nobody had cleaned anything for me, and there was no one at the reception and I asked no one, so at 3:00 I took my things and left for another hotel. Accordingly, no one returned my money.

Very dirty room, hair everywhere and yellow spots on curtains and bed. The couch smelled of mold and the only stove provided only gave off frozen air. The bathroom was a real nightmare, the shower was plugged and you had to wash at times to avoid enlarging the bathroom, we also found some used cotton swabs on the floor. For 6 nights of stay in 2 we were given 3 dirty towels and half a scarce bottle of unidentified bubble bath.
