I highly recommend staying away from this hotel.
Our experience was horrifying, and in my eyes, the most serious part was the complete violation of our privacy.
During the stay, the hotel staff entered our room without permission and without my presence, collected and moved all our personal belongings to another room. They touched all my personal things—including clothes, bras, and underwear. I didn't give anyone permission to enter the room, pack my belongings, or touch them.
When I returned, I discovered that we had been moved to another room and that strangers had handled all our equipment and personal belongings. In addition to the feeling of invasion of privacy and humiliation, after the incident I discovered that a bag that was in the room also disappeared and was not returned to me.
As if all that wasn't enough, the level of cleanliness was also unacceptable. The room was not cleaned properly, the bedding was not changed, and when I complained about it, instead of receiving an apology or an attempt to fix the situation—the cleaning manager snapped at me. Instead of a polite and respectful attitude, I received an unpleasant attitude just because I complained about a basic thing like cleanliness and changing sheets.
All of this happened in addition to significant problems during the stay, including an air conditioning failure.
After everything that happened, the hotel manager, Orlich, promised me compensation and a refund. On 21.6.2026, I was explicitly told that the refund would be made, so in my opinion, it was clear that the hotel was aware of its responsibility and commitment to me.
But now, months later, I still don't have the money. Worse than that - in the investigation being conducted with the credit card company, I was told that the hotel is refusing the transaction/refund and is effectively trying to prevent the credit. It is difficult for me to understand how the manager who explicitly promised me compensation and a refund is now acting with the credit card company in a way that contradicts that commitment.
This is exactly the point where, in my opinion, the behavior changed from a bad hosting experience to an unacceptable behavior. If a hotel manager gives a guest an explicit commitment to compensation, I expect the hotel to keep its word—not that I have to fight with the credit card company months later to get what was already promised to me.
An air conditioner malfunction can happen in any hotel. But entering a guest's room without permission, touching and moving personal and intimate items without consent, disappearance of an item from the room, an uncleaned room, unreplaced linens, disrespectful treatment from the cleaning manager, and subsequently not keeping a clear promise of compensation and refund—this is behavior I am not willing to accept.
Months have passed and I am still forced to deal with the issue.
I will never go back to this hotel and I cannot recommend it to anyone. If the privacy, cleanliness, security of your belongings, and the ability to trust the hotel management's promises are important to you — I recommend thinking carefully before booking here.
In my opinion, this was one of the worst, most humiliating, and most frustrating hotel experiences I have had.
