Hotel Urania

We stayed from 12 to 15 December, I understand that it is near the tram, it is well connected we would miss it, but it is 2024, it is inconceivable to have in the room the dust that spins over your bed, in the radiator, on the floor. We stayed 3 nights and we never changed the towels, the lady came once to clean the room, x idiom clean, did nothing, not even the bed, today I wonder why she entered. Unfortunately x us was a total disappointment, I who am also allergic to dust, ruined a holiday. Then with all due respect, I write it just because I hope the owners read the review and get active. Overall the hotel is dirty, you can smell that closed, dusty. Just clean us up. Furniture gets dusty, armchairs need to be treated. One positive thing is the heat, it makes us hot as hell, xo having ttt qll dust that eats you, I let you imagine. Breakfast is nn bad, but even here they sin cleanliness.

Hotel Urania was a lovely boutique hotel with personal service. Alexander was very helpful with making dinner reservations for us, providing us with useful tips about Vienna, and being kind to two Canadians who have never been to Vienna. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet location but is close to many attractions and close to the public transit. We would recommend staying here.

Pros: hotel with lots of charm. Ideal location, quiet but 15 - 20 min walk from the center. Cons: cleanliness to review. We stayed 3 nights in the hotel, the room was not vacuumed once. Bed really snagged. Dirty towel we left on the floor and hung up on the door as if it had been changed. The bottom of the moldy shower wall. No hair dryer. Breakfast benches are completely stoned. I'm not used to commenting but I find it a shame that this hotel which has a lot of originality and charm lacks rigor for some things.
