Imlauer

We escaped the scorching heat of Vienna into the hotel. Upon arrival there were problems because there had been a smoke alarm and entrances were blocked. So we wandered through hallways without help. The room was functionally modern. The bathroom was pleasantly spacious. We missed little extras like mineral water as a welcome and a few utensils in the bathroom. The breakfast was okay without highlights. Due to a very bad experience with another hotel, I am giving it 4 stars overall...the air conditioning was great

The Imlauer & Nestroy is a good point of contact in the 2nd district. In about 100 meters, you reach the tram or subway to get into the city. The location can be described as quiet. The friendliness of the staff is very noticeable. Always a smile on their lips, they always helped. We especially found it great that our room was already ready for occupancy at 11 a.m. We particularly appreciated that our room was ready for us at 11 a.m. Thank you for that ❤️ The rooms are beautifully furnished; nothing is missing. The beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The size of the room is adequate. Everything is also available in the bathroom; only the slot in the door to support ventilation was misleading. But overall, a clear recommendation given the price-performance ratio.

Location was great and the room large and comfortable. Lovely to have the rear doors opening up onto the wrap around balcony. The staff were friendly and very approachable and nothing was too much bother. I wouldn't hesitate in staying again.
