Great hotel in a location that is accessible by Ubahn (Kerpleplatz) and bus. There are tons of places to eat around and there are 2 grocery stores nearby. Although I didn’t use the bus, there is a stop in front of the hotel. Check in was smooth and there is an elevator if you don’t want to use the stairs. My room was small but adequate; it’s clean and has modern amenities like coffee maker, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. These all smelled good btw. Bed was comfortable and overall my stay was comfortable.

My son and I stayed at this hotel in May 2026 and really liked it. The room was very spacious and clean and the amenities were good. The location was fantastic and a 5 minute walk to the main train station. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. I was worried about the noise level being next to a busy road and overlooking a bustling eating area, but this was immediately put to bed as the windows (I think triple glazed) did a perfect job of reducing noise. You couldn’t hear anything outside when they were shut. The only reason I didn’t give this hotel 5 stars is that we had an issue with the a/c and had reported it first thing in the morning only to find that no one had looked into it all day. However, the receptionist that evening was very apologetic and promised to resolve for us. Sure enough, the manager did something remotely and it started working again. Would definitely stay here again if back in Vienna.

Conveniently located hotel near the station and means of transport to get downtown. The hotel has the charm of ancient stately buildings with modern, bright and very comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast is not buffet style but offers a wide choice of dishes to choose from a la carte, with fresh produce and generous portions and original ingredients. On the ground floor there is an excellent Italian restaurant, Poazza Colombo.
