Delightful - superb location. Top notch staff. I was able to secure a walk in booking at 7 o'clock in the morning. 7 for 7. Well done James ;)

The location and the helpful staff made our stay unfogettable We stayed here two nights with my girlfriend The hotel is very close to the main tourist attractions

Dear SO/ Vienna Team, especially Manuela Peter, From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your dedication, for being an oasis of calm even in the midst of a hurricane, and for your passionate approach combined with professionalism and deep empathy for the client. From the very beginning, we felt completely taken care of. You turned our vision of an intimate wedding ceremony into reality, guiding us comfortably through the entire process. Natalie Urbanczyk, thank you for your understanding, commitment, and high personal culture. You helped us find our bearings by explaining the things we didn't quite understand, and thanks to you, the ceremony became even closer to our mothers' hearts. We would also like to thank the front desk ladies, always helpful, always engaged. We would especially like to recognize Ms. Joebelle and Ms. Daria.
