Downstairs in the bar Basem was just the best. He looked after us very well. Is friendly, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. He is the type of person you need in an establishment like this.

We stayed for one night with our grandsons in a very spacious room. Everything was very uncomplicated; we were able to leave our suitcases at the reception without any problems before and after checking out while we took the subway (only a few hundred meters away) into the city center. Breakfast was excellent, room very clean. Excellent value for money. We were at this hotel for the second time and will book it again for our next trip to Vienna.

I like the rooms and the bathrooms very much. Spacious, pretty, practical, and well-designed, bright furniture. Very good mattress. An absolute minus is the setting of the TV channels. No overview of what is currently playing; some channels do not work or keep cutting out. I ask for much more care here and a technician who checks all the programs and organizes the order. This is important in a 4-star category hotel. Breakfast for € 29 is way too expensive, especially for families.
