Alpha Hotel

Highly recommended hotel, starting with the excellent location for reaching all the main attractions on foot, very close to the subway, bus, and tram. It is in a quiet area but close to several very nice and unique restaurants. The room is top-notch, a very comfortable large bed, big LED TV, closet, nice bathroom, all with attention to detail, clean and well-maintained. The surprise was getting up at night from bed to go to the bathroom and seeing the perimeter of the bed area illuminated to facilitate movement... a detail not to be taken for granted, never seen anywhere else. Very beautiful breakfast room, well-furnished, warm and welcoming environment. Breakfast is standard, good products, good cappuccino. I would gladly return.

Decor of the hotel is very nice and is very central. Room very small. Breakfast was below what I expected. The bar has no draft beer. Waiter came to me to explain I was using a wine glass for orange juice???

First of all, this human-sized hotel has a lot of charm; the decoration, not only of the lobby but also of the hallways leading to the rooms, has been carefully chosen with great taste. Next, there are the rooms: functional, with high-quality bedding, all the expected amenities, and general cleanliness that is never found lacking. And finally, the staff, whom I found particularly empathetic and caring while being very professional. You will have an example with Mr. Martin, who works especially at breakfast, dedicating himself to his guests by combining kindness and efficiency. This is also the case with Mrs. Zahra, who can also speak to you in French (as can the hotel manager). In summary, for my part, the ideal choice to discover this wonderful capital.
