Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, modern bathrooms, comfortable small kitchen essential, with fridge etc. The hosts very kind and always available. Location in perfect "Sissi" style. We will be back for sure. Dogs welcome. .

Although my family and I used to live in Vienna's 7th district, we had never really noticed these apartments on Neustiftgasse before. Now that we live in the UK, we decided to give them a try, and were very pleasantly surprised. Our rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable -- a real bargain at these prices for so central a location -- and the kitchenette had everything we needed. A big plus was the fabulous decor, paintings, and photos festooning the hallways and stairways -- including pictures of the hotel's former life as an immense ice-skating rink! Best of all, the staff were kind, courteous, and helpful, our rooms were kept spotless throughout our stay, and we enjoyed a complimentary bottle of Sekt on New Years. We are definitely planning a return visit!

This is a one-of-a-kind place. Great prices. The rooms have modern appliances but a wonderful 19th century decor! Excellent service and if you are looking for a charming, family-owned hotel...this is it!
