Unlike what you see on booking. The reality is totally different, the photos are misleading. We booked a superior double room that looked like a prison cell. Absence of furniture, no closet, no possibility to put down suitcases except on the floor, no phone to call the reception. The bathroom experience was terrible, without a window with noisy forced ventilation, the electrical outlet in the mirror at a height impossible for a human to use except with a ladder, the panic bar stayed in my hands the first and second time, risking hurting myself by slipping in the tub. The cleaning was terrifying, the room was not cleaned for three days SHAME. The obsolete and malfunctioning elevator where two people barely fit, written in front of the door Inadequate and rude reception staff

Amazing stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I really loved the interior decoration and the overall atmosphere. Everything was well-maintained and exceeded my expectations. The only small downside was that the room was in the attic and didn’t have a regular window, but for a one-night stay, it was absolutely fine. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Large triple room; we managed to sleep four because the sofa bed was a double, bathroom okay, heating okay, room clean (we had mentioned that our daughter has a dust mite allergy). The only downside is that the cleaning ladies forgot to put the fourth towel in the bathroom. The pizzeria below is excellent, with Italian pizza makers serving very good Neapolitan pizza. Close to the center, reachable in a fifteen-minute walk. A quiet area even in the evening. Possibility of ATM withdrawal directly at the hotel.
