Magnificent hotel in the center of Vienna, very comfortable rooms; we chose one with wonderful views, with very good details. The breakfast was very good, one of the best omelets I have ever eaten. The location is excellent, very close to the subway and a stone's throw from the monumental area; furthermore, there are several good places to eat in the surrounding area. The hotel staff was very attentive; I would like to highlight Emilio, who was a great help with our arrival and his recommendations (also in Spanish). I also want to highlight that we had dinner at the hotel's pizzeria, delicious Neapolitan-style pizzas. 100% recommended.

check in was very friendly, but that’s where the good part of this hotel ended. I checked into my hotel and the room didn’t really match the picture, no big deal. But then I went to get dinner in the lobby, and felt like the staff couldn’t wait for me to leave the minute I sat down. I heard strange comments about my appearance, and it really made my stay and trip pretty unenjoyable. I don’t know if I made a cultural mistake that I’m not aware of, but I really felt like the staff didn’t want me in their hotel. The room was clean and the hotel lobby was relatively nice. I liked the showers. I could hear the upstairs neighbors through the ceiling. Room service is not available at this hotel. The hand soaps are le labo bottles, but do not contain le labo. If the staff had not felt so unwelcoming this would be a decent stay, but definitely not 4 stars. Location makes up for a lot of this though. Have caution if you do not look like the hotels typical client, they are judgy.

Myself and my husband loved this hotel. It is new, so clean and comfortable, we received an upgrade on arrival and had a lovely view. It's really easy to walk to the museum district from here and the side roads have lovely little restaurants and bars. It was so nice and quiet whilst easy to get to places from here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful at all times. If you want somewhere quiet and a lovely standard of accommodation I would definitely recommend the Miiro Spittelberg Hotel.
