Fabulous stay in Vienna, wonderful hotel: welcome, availability, exceptional cleanliness (thank you Anna), varied breakfast at the top with choice and quality, and staff taking great care, and then the silence once in the room (no sound coming from the other rooms) restful, especially since the hotel is located in the center of Vienna

I stayed at the Kaiserin Elisabeth last week for four days and three nights: I was immediately struck by the elegance of the furnishings and the impeccable cleanliness, both of the common areas and the room. The latter was equipped with all the comforts one could desire, from the minibar stocked with drinks and sweets (even though I did not use this service) to the large bathroom with shower/tub (you can use it as you prefer) and bidet, even including the television connected to Austrian, German, Italian, French, and international channels (complete with a magazine useful for navigating the week's programming – after all, I had far too little time to dedicate to the TV!). The hotel's location is central to say the least: St. Stephen's Cathedral and the well-known Kärntner Straße are literally just a few steps away; most of the monuments and museums of the historic center (Innere Stadt) are easily reachable on foot. The connection with public transport is excellent: near the Cathedral (and, therefore, the hotel) there is a metro stop (U1: Stephansplatz) which allows you to reach the central station (Südtiroler Platz) in three stops. The hotel staff stands out for their exquisite friendliness and great professionalism: with grace and kindness, they are always ready to help guests with their requests. I am extremely satisfied with my stay, and I am certainly ready to recommend the Kaiserin Elisabeth to anyone who wants to spend a few days in the best way possible in one of the most beautiful capitals of Europe: I myself would choose this historic and splendid property again! I stayed at the Kaiserin Elisabeth for three nights. The whole building is very elegant and the rooms are very clean. My room had all the comforts one could wish for: a small refrigerator with drinks and sweets (but I did not use this service), a large bathroom with a tub/shower (you can wash however you like!) and a bidet, and a television with a small newspaper showing the week's programs. The location is simply fantastic: the hotel is located right near St. Stephen's Cathedral and Kärntner Straße. All the important sights of the Inner City are nearby, and you can visit them with a short and relaxing walk. The hotel has a very good connection with public transport: the U1 station "Stephansplatz" is next to the cathedral, and with it you can easily travel to the main train station. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional: they are always happy to help guests with their requests. I am very happy with my visit, and will certainly recommend this hotel to everyone!

All the good stuff: comfortable, quiet rooms with a nice bed, good AC, lovely bathroom, great staff, nice breakfast, location within a short walking distance to many of the major attractions in Vienna. Zillions of restaurants and shops around.
