After travelling through four other countries across Europe and the UK, arriving at this hotel halfway through my trip honestly felt like heaven! I was exhausted, so the fast and easy check-in process was very much appreciated. The room was absolutely amazing and had everything you would expect from a five-star hotel. It was beautifully clean, spacious, and smelled wonderful. I was also welcomed with some little chocolates placed on the bed, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. A big thank you to the housekeeping team, you did an amazing job! I definitely needed this kind of space and comfort after so much travelling, and I had such a lovely, relaxing stay. There’s also a supermarket just a couple of minutes’ walk from the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. Despite being in a city, I didn’t hear any noise from outside, so I had a very peaceful stay. I had absolutely no issues during my time here. Before heading to the airport, I even grabbed a Callipo from the little shop/tuckshop area inside the hotel and relaxed in reception for a while. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! I would definitely stay here again if I return. Highly recommend! ❤️

The room is quite spacious and cosy. Breakfast is very varied and with delicious options! Careful and very dear staff! Bit of the subway so we can move around easily!

Hotel in a semi-central area of Vienna. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. New and clean structure. Enviable location, just a few meters from the U1 metro stop that leads to the historic center and one stop from Praterstern, the station where trains from the airport arrive (S7, which is cheaper than the fast train CAT and takes only a few minutes longer). The thoughtful gift for the children upon arrival, the presence of a coffee machine in the room, and the availability of water from the vending machine in the lobby are appreciated. We did not try the breakfast. Nearby, there is a large Spar supermarket and two bakeries.
