Four Points by Sheraton Panoramahaus

Hotel with saunas, swimming pool, very clean, the rooms were also great and just beautiful for relaxing. Breakfast was gigantic, a great panoramic view was included for free. Only drawback, restaurant, ordered Wiener Schnitzel, was totally off, 2 mm meat thickness with 5 mm breading, simply abysmal at €27. Hotel is great... you should avoid the restaurant.

Construction site next door for years to come... Mon-Fri from 7 a.m. permanent noise, sleeping is out of the question. The beds in the room are not made, holey bed linen; but apparently the room was "searched"! Air conditioning and temperature changed (we had turned it off during the day and set it to a maximum of 22 degrees; when we came into the room at 11 p.m., it was on auto and 18 degrees). Shoes are "moved" under the bed!, pajamas folded by the guest, "thrown" onto the nightstand by the staff. Paper cups for tea and coffee, cups may not be borrowed - even for a deposit. Water in a carton! Water glasses are never cleaned. Safe at a height of approx. 1.95 m - unusable for women. Breakfast advertised until 11 a.m., reduced to 10 a.m. without notice. That diminishes the joy of the vacation. Boiled egg requested 3 times, only ready after 45 min. Pastries are no longer refilled approx. 45 min before the end. Bread is unknown in the hotel. Pool inside and outside - theoretically good, but if no shower (indoor area) is available for 3 days, and the very wet floor is never (in 7 days) cleaned with a rubber squeegee, then there is a lack of hygiene / cleaning. Men are taking photos despite a photography ban - staff member stands next to them and says nothing. Tour bus tourists are served with priority - sauna is only opened before 10 a.m. for the tour group, swimming in underwear!! Reception - need for retraining for male staff: pointed out men taking photos in the pool - answer "don't go swimming if it bothers you" As a woman, you do not feel comfortable. Positive: right by the highway exit (noise only with the window open), garage accessible directly by elevator. The 4-star level is questionable.

Clean hotel, very convenient parking. Fantastic breakfast room both for the view and for the food. I went for business so I didn't see the spa. The restaurant on the ground floor leaves a lot to be desired and I see it as a weak point of theirs
