Comfort Inn

Crossway hotel is very far of important points of baku . I dont like this location . Reception behaviour was good but can't speak English. It was very hot . Room service was not bad . Breakfast was small and without variability

Not completely bad but very far from the city attractions... somehow clean but the main problem is location... also a 4-stars hotel but seems to be 2 or 3-stars Some staff were friendly and helpful some were rude and made us trouble for nothing

The staff are friendly but with limited English. They have obviously never heard of room service as our room was not cleaned in the whole week we stayed there. The view from the hotel is either a bus station or a motorway. The hotel is situated a long way out of town but there is a metro link which is cheap and easy. Breakfast was reasonable but they charged for orange juice.
