Golden Coast

Just spent some time at Golden Coast Baku and honestly, it was a great find. If you’re looking for a solid 4-star vibe, this is it. ​The location is awesome—right by the water. Waking up to that view of the Caspian Sea and the Flame Towers never gets old. It’s a bit more chill than being right in the middle of the noisy city center, which I actually preferred. ​The rooms? Massive. Seriously, there’s so much space to actually move around and breathe, which you don’t always get in city hotels. Super comfortable and great for just crashing after a long day of exploring. ​The food situation was also on point. Good variety at breakfast and plenty of options, so you won't go hungry. ​A big shoutout to the staff too. They were super friendly and actually cared about helping out, which made the whole stay feel way more welcoming. ​Definitely a 'thumbs up' from me

The hotel I arrived on a Baku tour. At first, I was scared to read the reviews, but our hotel was very enjoyable. Our room was a little cold on the first night, and thankfully, the lady from the Baku tour changed our room right away. We did not encounter any issues in our Newbie room. Every day, water was left in our room, our waste was taken, our towels changed. I am an attentive person, the hotel was clean. The furniture is a bit old, but used. We fell in love with the scenery—it cost 2.8 manate to the nizami street. Safe, clean. The breakfast was not a Turkish breakfast, of course, but it was sufficient.The employees seemed very unhappy,I hope the working conditions improve.

Great hotel. A kind staff who will always help. The pool, the sauna is good too. Breakfast isn't rich, but there are all the things you need. It's not that far from downtown on the waterfront. Nearby Flag Square and Crystal Hall. I'd still be staying here.
