First of all, I would like to thank the hotel management for employing such high-quality staff. I would especially like to thank Mr. Elnur, the night manager at the hotel, for his attentiveness. By the way, I also used your hotel's spa and was very pleased, especially the masseuse, Ms. Ruhiyye, who is truly professional and hospitable. I was very happy with our stay at the hotel and hope to see you again.

I stayed in room 303 and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to appreciate the housekeeping team for their great work, and a special thanks to Gular for her kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!
