VIVA WYNDHAM FORTUNA BEACH - A

Only day one, very disappointed. Check in was an insane process that took 1.5-2 hours, just standing in line for pre check in. Don’t have my room yet. No towels available at the pool. These are very basic things that someone could fix if literally anyone cared. Wait for drinks is about 10 mins with 3 people in line.

We went to the Dolce Vita for dinner. The outdoor patio was a very comfortable atmosphere. The three course meal was wonderful. It’s obvious they used fresh ingredients and everything they brought out was delicious. Latoya served us very well, had a great sense of humor, and timed each course nicely. If you come to the Viva Fortuna Beach by Wyndham, you should make reservations for the Dolce Vita Italian restaurant!

We ate very well, and the waitress, Latoya, was very helpful and accommodating with our requests. The only downsides were many gnats and the cleanliness of the dishes.
