Comfort Suites Paradise Island

My experience was awesome the hotel is very clean, the staff are customer oriented. On my second day I had a tummy ache I told a staff member and to my surprise she came to my aide. I felt like family staying at the hotel, the staff was calling me by my name.....I would definitely stay there again and would encourage other family members to do so also.

Our family of 12 stayed at Comfort Suites in July 2026 for a small family reunion, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The booking process was easy, thanks to Ashley Davis, who was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions within 24 hours. Because we booked early, we even received double discounts, which was a pleasant surprise. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. We were welcomed with cookies and fresh fruit in our rooms, and every request we made during our stay was handled promptly and with a smile. The staff even remembered my daughter's birthday and surprised her with a slice of cheesecake—a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed the food and drinks from the restaurant and bar. The outstanding customer service truly made this trip memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Ashley Davis and the entire Comfort Suites team for helping make our family reunion such a wonderful experience. We look forward to staying again!

We stayed in a suite at Comfort Suites next to Atlantis. The main attraction is undoubtedly the proximity and daily use of Atlantis included in the Comfort resort rates. Suite large and comfortable, the only other way was the good shower but that fluctuated the temperatures. Café da manha inclusive and standard, always very full because the hotel on the dates we stayed was crowded. Service every time we request. No plus is a standard hotel, without much charm, but that delivers the basics with comfort.
