Oriental Palace Hotel

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BOOKING OR STAYING AT THIS HOTEL! This is the most disgusting and dirty hotel I have ever seen in my life. For two people, they only gave us one towel. The shower curtain was stained yellow and black with filth. The bathroom and bedroom ceilings were covered in mold. The bedspread had holes, the furniture was old, and the mattress was rock-hard. The room didn’t just smell musty—it reeked of humidity and cigarette smoke. My experience was SO BAD that even though I had booked and paid for two nights (37 BHD ≈ $100 USD), I checked out after only three hours—without any refund or compensation. When I told the guy at reception why I was leaving, he didn’t even bother to respond. The photos they advertise are 100% FAKE—nowhere near the actual conditions of the place. This feels like a complete scam. • Service: Awful. • Amenities: The worst. Save yourself the disappointment and stay far away from this place!

Reasonable price, good breakfast. Old fashioned hotel.Room and bathroom are clean,Little difficult to find the location.congested roads near by.Near to some attractions.You won’t get these facilities in this price tag. Airport is not too far.

I stayed there in first half of March 2023. The location is very good and the complimentary breakfast is very sumptuous. But the staff behaviour is unprofessional with a 'I care a damn attitude'. The General Manager Mr Mohammad needs to address this to up the ratings. The rooms can do with some mroe touch up. We had only one hangar in our room and one 500 ml bottle was provided for two of us. We had to remind them repeatedly for 02 bottles.
