I recently stayed at the InterContinental Bahrain while travelling on business and hosting a large event, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I organise events regularly and stay in hotels around the world, but I have never experienced service quite like this. Every member of staff was exceptionally attentive, professional and genuinely invested in ensuring everything ran perfectly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we were made to feel like VIPs throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Ali, the Sales Manager, whose support, attention to detail and commitment to delivering an outstanding experience made all the difference. His professionalism and customer service were second to none. The hotel itself was spotless, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the event facilities were excellent. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our event such a success. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend the InterContinental Bahrain to both business and leisure travellers.

All was good, except they need to focus on details more. We were three persons, however, there the amenities provided were only for two persons, there was a certain smell in the room, no one prepared the beds for the night, there was no complementary fruit basket or chocolates. In short not the pampering I have come to expect from Intercontinental five star hotel.
