I stayed for three nights, I received excellent service starting from reservation follow up to check in. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.The room was very clean. Housekeeping was prompt and professional. The breakfast service was enjoyable and good variety. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful specially the manager Miss Leizl who was very welcoming and very cooperative.The hotel location is marvelous. I will repeat my experience again.

I stayed here for leisure purposes for 5 nights. I got a warm welcome and a free gift as a Platinum Elite member. Also got an upgrade to a 1 bed apartment on the 14 floor with stunning views of the grand mosque. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay inc fully equipped kitchen. There's even a laundrette on site as well. The location is excellent, several supermarkets close by and Juffair Sq is a 10 minute walk. What makes this hotel is the staff. They are always smiling and nothing is too much trouble, even when faced with demanding residents at breakfast. Special mention to Saidat who was always cheerful. The hotel management were also attentive and genuinely wanted you to have a good stay. Will defo visit again.

The hotel is great for many reasons. First and foremost, the hotel is really central to all places in Manama. The staff are very attentive and handled my requests before my arrival, making my stay enjoyable. I loved the rooms because they are large, clean and have great wireless internet for Zoom calls. The gym is great and one of the best aspects of this hotel is the laundry room that is free, so I was able to keep my clothes clean for the rest of my trip. The hotel is really a gem in Bahrain for all of its offerings.
