Excellent location! Super friendly staff. Most speak Spanish! I got sick in the middle of my stay and they contacted a great doctor. I booked an extra night since I wasn’t sure I was going to feel better to check out but I was so they refunded me that extra night and gave me a late check out. Fresh fruit at front desk saved me during my sickness since I couldn’t eat anything.

Perfect location to see the historical sites in the city center. The view from the 6th floor was amazing! The staff at the front desk is very friendly. They were very accommodating to our family. We had a baby and 4 year old with us. The bathroom was spacious and clean plus the hotel provides a lot of items that others don’t give freely- toothbrush, hair comb etc. We were surprised at how nice the hotel was for the price! Also the chocolate store attached was very good too!

We stayed in this facility for a week in June. Convenient location, two minutes from the central station and 5 to the Grand Place. Like all hotels in the chain, high standards of quality. Rooms are spotless. Excellent breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff, especially the two Spanish girls at the desk. Highly recommended. Filo and Betta Genoa
