Hotel Cafe Pacific

A stay that turned into a nightmare. We paid 80 € for a night in deplorable conditions: a room without heating, deplorable hygiene, and a freezing night. My wife, pregnant, couldn't stand the cold, she didn't close an eye all night. Instead of resting and enjoying our stay in Brussels, we were unable to sleep, shivering cold and exhausted. We woke up sick, after a night of anguish and frustration. I immediately reported the situation to the reception, but no solution was offered: no intervention, no change of room, no reimbursement. Just an empty apology. We had to leave the hotel the next day, totally disgusted, and despite my reminders to get a refund, nothing was done. It's not just a hotel problem, it's a total lack of respect. An experience that should have been pleasant became a real trauma. An establishment to avoid at all costs. A scam, a deplorable service. I can't even figure out how they dare treat their customers like this.

Lousy!!!!!!! It is not a hotel It is neither a hotel nor an apartment. It has no reception so if something happens to you you will die. They answer anything by email. We went to apartment 101. Strange way you enter you see the bathroom then the bedroom. We didn't have TV control or Wi-Fi. I got tired of sending email and complaining and nothing. Another detail: they don't clean if you want cleaning 37 euros. The only good thing is it is well located.
