Thon Hotel Brussels Airport

We specifically requested a single large double bed for our stay and informed the hotel that we were celebrating our recent engagement. Unfortunately, our requests were completely ignored. They gave us two single beds joined together and there was absolutely no acknowledgment of our special occasion. Very poor service and a huge disappointment for a memorable trip

After a late flight no more shuttle to hotel. 25 euro taxicost... When trying to get to sleep, very annoying rumour kept me awake.

We booked a room for the New Year and we were very well received by the receptionist, who informed us very well with a big smile. We enjoyed our evening in front of Netflix and ordered sushi via Uber Eats. The room temperature was nice and the bed very comfortable. We also had breakfast, which was very good and hearty. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable.
