Alliance Hotel Brussels Expo

This was my second stay and hopefully the last. Bedsheets were cleen, the rest of the room definately was not. Bathtub broken, Carpet dirty, noisy, Not a great hotel. It was said that it was to be renovated, but obviously it never was.

Stopped here during a recent work trip to the exhibition halls ...... Rooms are very dated Continental breakfast is poor Would i stop here again maybe if i was desperate,there is a few bars and restaurants within walking distance so going out is not a problem

I usually find some good things to say about a hotel. Sadly not this time. This hotel needs an overhaul in both fabrication and in staff training. The check in was ok but little to write about. The room was dirty. The entrance carpet had mud stains on it and the shower/bath was moldy. Not so much as a plastic cup in the bathroom. Breakfast was average. Staff had other things on their mind rather than a mere customer. Checkout was slow but i did have to wait for the gentleman to finish his cigarette before he decided to come back to do his job.
