We had a "Skyline view" room on the 7th floor. The view was excellent, all the way to the Atomium! Entering the room was a bit of a shock, due to the "different" decoration and lighting! The room was very big and had drink-making facilities and a mini-fridge We didn´t have any meals there. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the tram and metro stops, but is a bit far from the main tourist sites of the centre

On the first day, we arrived at the hotel in the early morning due to a flight delay. The concierge informed us that the XL family room we had reserved had a bed with a broken leg and they changed us to 2 standard rooms. I emphasized that the room should not be noisy, and the concierge told me that there were no noises, and the one with the least noise of the two was one that supposedly faced the side street, but in reality, it was an exterior corner that also faced the main street. The street has a tram that passes frequently and a lot of car noise; it is far from the truth to say that there were no noises. The next day, I requested a room change, and they initially told me that all the rooms were exterior and that they could not give me a room on the upper floors because the water did not reach there. In the afternoon, we were informed that we were assigned a room that faced the back and that it indeed had much less noise. On Saturday, the surprise was that they had not cleaned one of the rooms, but we resolved it by requesting a voucher for the bar, which is what they offered if you decided to forgo room cleaning. They laughed when I requested the voucher, even though we had not asked at any time for them not to clean the room. I do not know if the laughter came because they understood that I was not entitled to it or because they found it funny that the cleaning lady skipped a room without cleaning. Other than that, everything was fine; the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The worst, in my opinion, are the lies and the lack of professionalism. In the end, my requests were resolved, which is what matters, but when one goes to a hotel, it is not to be 'fighting' for a room without noise.

Nice hotel located near the city center with access to public transport right in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious, decorated with an interesting creative touch, and the service from the staff is very adequate (but few speak French). The lunch is truly of high quality, but we did not test the restaurant. A small bonus for those who do not request cleaning, the housekeeping staff leaves you a voucher for a drink. It is rare to highlight this. The hotel has parking, but it is a bit expensive if you go through the hotel. Consider using an app like Parkbee to benefit from significantly better rates. A nice discovery for us, and we will return.
