Ibis Gent Centrum Opera

Basic hotel, small TV, no bar fridge no exhaust fan in bathroom and shower curtain useless so wet bathroom floor

Room booked, but I had mistaken the date, called three times to change the date and be told very nicely that this cannot be done, lost money and I would have to place a new booking. Never again

It is just opposite Ghent cathedral. So, location is impossible to be better. I had good sleep despite hotel location in the most exciting part of the town. Bar staff were nice.
