Great location. Walking distance to many things. The AC worked amazingly. The staff were friendly. Comfy bed. Peaceful setting.

Wonderful hotel in a strategic location for the city center. It is an old monastery renovated as a hotel, and it is truly beautiful. It also has the former chapel adapted as a conference room. It is also equipped with convenient parking. That said, the soundproofing should be improved because it felt like I had a ghost walking in my room at night, as I could perfectly hear all the movements of the neighbors. The service also needs a lot of review. They left the garbage bag on the windowsill, the trash bin was broken and remained so even after I reported it to the front desk. And this is the most serious issue in my opinion.

A beautiful and comfortable room in a historic setting, this is what is promised and what you can expect for the price. What we got was a room only accessible via a meeting room, separate from other rooms. It was as if we had ended up in a spare spot somewhere afterwards. No trash can (even in the bathroom), light that was broken and a penetrating pitting smell. There was an espresso machine but no capsules, we could take coffee in the meeting room?! Strange and neither the comfort or atmosphere we expected.
