BEST WESTERN Hotel Les 3 Cles

Pretty disappointing hotel, high price, very low value for money. Stayed one night, during the recent very hot spell. Air conditioning in every room was a boast, never mentioned at check in that this wasn’t true. No issue with the room itself, but there was renovation work going on which did impact our stay. Lot of noise outside from 07:30 from builders. Really poor customer service that this wasn’t conveyed at check in. Prices should be reduced to reflect the on going renovation and the lack of air-con.

Very nice Pension. Listening staff. Room refurbished recently. I highly recommend the restaurant which is a delight. If you are passing through the area you want to rest or just eat a bite this place is for you.

well located for either the motorway or train station hotel was quiet in the evening room was excellent large and comfortable with a slim lined balcony breakfast would have been good except that a coach party decided to leave with all the pastrys etc and the hotel was not able to replenish them and we were not able to get drinks at 10 in the evening so a night cap was out of the question BUT when in the area again we will book it
