Pleasant welcome; due to a room assignment error, we were upgraded, which was a nice gesture. Very pleasant hotel, but it does not deserve 5 stars according to the expected standards. Dirty windows, marks in the rooms near the windows and in the bathroom. Spacious room. The restaurant only offers a fixed menu on Saturday evenings. Extremely long wait time; the value for money of the menu is not up to par; €55 excluding drinks is a bit excessive considering the dishes offered.

We think it is not a 5 star hotel but good. We have also been to Martin's Stewardship and the breakfast was much more extensive. We think it's worth 5 stars.
