Beautiful building and walking distance to the town centre. So much character . Fully recommended. It is surrounded by a moat. Easy to park (we drove from the UK)

It's not a hotel! As soon as I arrived at the place, the owner kicked me out, he was extremely rude and didn't want to give any explanation. It just said: “This is private property.” And he even made me delete the photos of the location from my cell phone. Do not go!

My granddaughter and I stayed here 10 yrs ago. It was truly a magical experience. Our room was lovely with a fireplace and crystal chandelier. Big windows overlooking the beautiful grounds. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub that we enjoyed after a long day of sightseeing, Bruges is minutes away - we walked to the corner and took a bus. Bruges is a charming town, but it was very hard to leave the castle. And the breakfast was one of the best we had in Europe. Thank you for sharing your castle with us. I know it was closed for awhile & I am happy to see it back open again.
