The location of the hotel is super,the staff was very helpful,the bed was soft but the room small.Overall a good experience for something economical just to the heart of the city!

A guaranteed booking was not honored. One room was cancelled upon arrival without prior notice, followed by incorrect claims that the booking was not guaranteed. The hotel’s hygiene level is poor, and the overall condition raises serious safety concerns. The room shown to us was located on the third floor at the end of a narrow corridor, which felt unsafe and unsuitable for guests. Customer handling was unprofessional and dismissive, with no genuine attempt to resolve the situation. Completely unacceptable for a hotel in Bruges. Would not recommend under any circumstances.
