Palace Hotel-Banja Luka

An older, perfectly located hotel with basic but comfortable and clean rooms. The receptionists are great - well mannered and very helpful. Breakfast is sufficient and ok. When booking ask for a room away from the streets. It gets quite noisy.

I visited Banja Luka for a business trip and spent only one night in this hotel. This hotel has a good location. It is situated very close to the town center, near beautiful Petar Kocic park. Unfortunately, this means that this hotel overlooks main street so it can be a little bit noisy, especially when the transit buses pass by. Room was very clean and spacious. It is equipped with air therapy a sort of machine which cleans air pollution, and enables you to breath clean air. Also the Wi-Fi and air conditioner worked perfectly. But, I have to mention that if you plan to stay longer in this hotel bring your own hair dryer, because room is not equipped with one. As for the staff at the reception desk, they were very polite and helpful. Also cleaning ladies were very polite. Breakfast was good and is served from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m.

Expensive for a poor quality hotel. Good service from reception staff. Cold room. Shabby furnishing. Locals I work with know much better hotels. Wouldn’t stay here again. I paid €90 for a cold room and second rate breakfast.
