Not near old city.
Worst service ever. I tried to check in today around 1PM, room not available yet.
I then returned to hotel after 10pm, room was ready, but no bottled water in the room (there is supposed to be 2 bottles of complementary water and a bottle of still water in the fridge, as my friends in other rooms got, and as confirmed by the staff at the lobby). The guy at the lobby told me that there is nothing he can so because it is not in his mandate: he advised me to drink tap water or go to the nearest gas station (that is correct, as the hotel is not close to city center, i assume the supermarket is not close neither, not as close as a gas station).
If a hotel can only provide bottled water between 7am and 10 pm, it should not call itself a hotel, but a restaurant, or ice-cream shop. I will never return to this hotel, nor recommend to anyone.
