The hotel is organized, clean, with good service and close to everything. I liked it quite, breakfast also has good options.

Cancel your stay on the day you check in without notice. I booked LUA DE MEL 7 months in advance by booking. As I did in advance, I would pay R$1256,00 for 6 days. As a reservation policy, we leave credit cards registered because they say they make attempts to confirm that the card is valid. From early March they informed the booking by three intercalated attempts a supposed condition of invalidity in 3 different cards, being that the last on the eve that was promptly given another card, reminding q all the others have limits and no restrictions. Until q came close to the check-in time, with newlyweds on the flight, the booking cancellation information by the booking app. An absurd! For us it became obvious that the hotel did not want to honor the previously made reservation for the low value in relation to the high season yet. The result: in order not to spoil the honeymoon the couple had to pay R$2979,00 in another hotel of the same level, i.e. double for having sought to book without imagining that they would be victims of this absurdity. Simple place, but very nice, clean and friendly service. Beds, air conditioning and shower top. Tasty breakfast. Close to the beach I recommend
