My experience at Hilton Garden Inn Maceió was excellent, and much of it is due to the exceptional service of the receptionist Thainá. From the first contact, she demonstrated admirable professionalism, always very polite, friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned with providing the best experience possible. It is the kind of service that makes the guest feel truly welcome. People like Thainá very well represent the standard of excellence that is expected from a hotel of this category. I would also like to record a compliment to receptionist Matheus, who was also very cordial, attentive and efficient during the care. Congratulations to the staff at Hilton Garden Inn Maceió for counting on such qualified professionals. I would definitely return again and super recommend the hotel.
