The hotel is well located, close to several tourist attractions, in front of the beach, the room is very beautiful, but the bathroom had plenty of humidity and had a perfume being sprayed in the room every 15 min, extremely strong, we woke up with a lot of headache and only after we discovered the blender we removed from the room because we didn't find where to turn off. The breakfast is good, nothing special, the staff very cordial.

It is a good hotel more not excellent, rooms in good condition, the hard beds. Breakfast had the essentials, it didn't have as much variety but it's good, the restaurant is pretty good to eat inside the hotel

You don’t need to be a frequent guest to realize that the Mercure Pajuçara is poorly managed and offers an even inferior experience than Ibis. Just after I questioned how the hotel would compensate for the delay, the attendant arranged a room — amidst just two employees trying to serve all guests. In short, it’s unbelievable that the Accor network keeps the Mercure flag at such a low standard than expected, seriously compromising the brand’s reputation. Lack of good management.
