I had the opportunity to stay at the San Marino Hotel in Maceió and highly recommend the experience. The hotel enjoys a privileged location, being very close to the beach, in addition to offering excellent service and a fair price. Strengths: - Gastronomy and Service: The breakfast is complete and leaves nothing to be desired. The highlight goes to the restaurant sector, where tapiocas and omelettes are prepared on time. All the service of the restaurant is impeccable. - Reception: The reception staff is very attentive. We checked in early in the morning and were extremely well received, which caused us a great first impression. - Family Room: The size of the room positively surprised me. It is perfect for those travelling with children or large families. The space has two environments (one of them configured with two double beds and single beds), has an integrated balcony with balcony to dry bathrobes and, although it has only one bathroom, meets the family dynamics super well. - Leisure area: The pool was completely remodeled, being everything very new and beautiful. The water is a little cold, but as the climate in the Northeast is hot, that doesn’t make it a problem. Points to Improve (Constructive Suggestions): - Academy: The equipment is very old and worn out. For those who like to maintain the training routine during the holidays, the current structure leaves much to be desired. - Remote control of TVs: The hotel does not have enough remote controls for all rooms. When entering the apartment, it is necessary to request the device at the reception, and the maintenance team needs to pick up the control of other empty rooms to make available to the guest. Final considerations: These small operational details do not take away the glow of hosting. Overall, it is a wonderful hotel, very well located, with kind staff and a structure that is super worth the value charged. I would definitely host me again!
