Vistamar Hotel

My experience at Hotel Vistamar was excellent. From the check-in to the end of the stay, everything worked perfectly. The hotel stands out for cleanliness, organization and, most importantly, for the cordiality and sympathy of the entire staff. Breakfast is a big difference — very well served, varied and carefully prepared. The location in Maceió also contributes to an even better experience. I definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

POSITIVE POINTS: the staff very kind, made a cake for my son when agent arrived in the room, I found the gesture beautiful. NEGATIVE OPTION: the horrible breakfast, the chicken with the smell of fresh butter, because it was refined, even had finished there I talked to the girl, she said that she was warming up to wait, what came a chicken all clear and refined, I simply passed the couscous very hard, the egg full of butter, the elevator was too old, and the value of the accommodation was to have a more complete breakfast at our turn and a bag, the very small room ended up misguided by the same price the bathroom level too, parking very strange has no security, there is no liquid soap to wash the hands, the fridge is behind the hotel, and very dangerous because there are several girls behind the hotel, this leaves us insecure, the elevator is too old, and we didn't have to pay for the air or bad bedroom, and the room was too small for the same price in the reception, and there's no ice cream, so it's not well controlled

Very good room, clean size suitable for couple. Cozy bed. Clean bathroom with an excellent shower. A welcoming environment, helpful and polite receptionists. Good breakfast with varieties. The pool area provides a beautiful view of the shore. I liked it and recommend it.
