Mercure Apartments Manaus

I evaluate that this hotel of the Mercure chain does not follow the quality established in the same hotels of the chain, the first day had no towel in the room I had to dry with the bed linen, in the second leaves at 08:00 I came back at 16:30 and the room was still not arranged, bathroom with mold and very dirty curtain, there are better options in the area.

Because it is the Accor network and the price that charge the minimum we demand quality in the Service. There are positive and negative points I would like to highlight: Positive: Excellent location, close to the shopping Manauara, attentive staff, used the Service of Maleiro, good breakfast and cardary dinner ok. Negatives: in the room does not have a safe, unacceptable for a hotel like the Mercure, inside the room needs to perform small precious maintenance, wall peeling, cleaning to want, some rusted things. In the gym needed urgent maintenance on the benches, had two, one running more or less and the other without conditions of use, the most bizarre thing that I witnessed was water leakage in the roof of the hallway of the room, I notified the reception and the action plan that made was to put a bucket, until my exit had not done the maintenance. For the high amount charged, these points I mentioned are the minimum we expect from a hotel like the Mercure.

It was a lovely stay, the room was clean, staff were amazing. First thing I loved about it is that you can speak with them through WhatsApp which save tons of money on calls, the receptionists were wonderful and helpful. The food were amazing, the staff at the restaurant went above and beyond. My husband wanted to order my favourite drink which they never had on menu, they did research and managed to prepare it for me. Both my husband and I were delighted. Since then, I have been recommending the hotel to all my friends and family. Definitely will come back!
