Hotel extremely well cared for and clean, attentive, polite and helpful staff, always clean pools, the organization of the exterior area of the hotel attracted a lot of attention, nothing out of place. I stayed in room 13, sea view, very clean, spacious, large bathroom. The breakfast, little variety, but meet the need, quality and tasty products, breads, cakes, cold, fruits, juices and others. What left to be desired was the internet in the room, very bad, never works, but in the common area, near the reception works perfectly. The TV only local channels.

Very good hotel right at the entrance of Morro de SP. The pool is large, with a wonderful view. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a large balcony and fantastic views. However, it was necessary to climb several steps which would not be recommended for people with reduced mobility. The staff are very attentive, always attending us with a smile. Highlight for Rita, for Victor, for Max, for Marcos Vinícius and for the Cauê. It was very good.

We stayed at Portalo to celebrate my birthday and we loved the place. The restaurant is wonderful and the cost is very similar to the practice in the city. Amazing view, delicious drinks and super attentive staff. A special thanks to Max and Marcos for making a difference in this rainy week!
